I just switched my baby here and they have been awesome!! Jessica Tackett was so kind and gave me the order for my baby that I’ve been trying to get done for a month at my baby’s previous pediatrician. Can’t say enough good things about this place already!!
Thought the doctor was great, at first. Turns out that even tho the doctor is very nice and intelligent. They aren't very nice to fosters or blended families., And we're the ones just trying to help!
This office has horrible phone manners, rudest doctor's office I have ever had the displeasure of calling. They did not want to help and continuously made it clear that it was my problem to deal with and they weren't going to help. Go to King's Daughters in Prestonsburg, KY or any other doctor around for that matter.
