Immediate Care Of Paintsville

I visited this clinic today (Sunday 2/20/22). I arrived at around 2:10pm, and sat there until almost 4;00pm without being seen. About 15 minutes before I left and man and his daughter came in that knew the workers at the clinic. They say there maybe 10 minutes and where then called back through the office door after only waiting for about 10 minutes because they knew the people working there. I think this is a disgrace that they leave people sitting there needing to be seen for that long and then call someone they know back before anyone else especially the person that had been sitting there almost 2 hours. I would not recommend this after hours if this is the way they treat people. I left and came home still sick, still not seen.

Easiest and quickest experience I’ve ever had with any immediate / after hours care clinic around! In and out and very nice!

I’m usually not one to complain but, My kids and I have been sick for over a week. This was our 2nd trip to the doc and still no answers as to what we have but the 3 of us were supposed to be given antibiotics. First they forgot to do vitals on one of my children and me not being clear minded didn’t realize but they came back and did them. Then that same child didn't get the meds sent over to the pharmacy. So I wait yet another day for her to get some relief.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Been sick as a dog for days. I finally went down and was seen quickly. I was prescribed the right meds and am in the way to recovery. Thank you !

The posted hours are not correct. The line of frustrated people waiting outside with their sick children was all I needed to see. I can't comment on the provider care because we didn't get to see anyone but poor management and incorrect information is very apparent.
