I understand you can have very good reviews and very bad reviews at the same place but after reading all the reviews on the site, I agree with all of the 1 to 2 star reviews at least for the technician that did my MRI. Although Front Desk staff was Friendly, I agree with other people who said it took a month plus to get an appointment and I was told they would call me, I waited two weeks to get my MRI DVD, But when I had to go in to pick it up They did not have the CDs for me. They gave me a copy of the order from my doctor to get an MRI. Instead, I waited while they made them as I stood there. The technician was awful. Didn’t tell me when it would start how loud it would be or how long it would take and did not give me proper hearing Protection, and dismissed me when I mentioned it. Only

I was 10 min late they were very understanding. I arrived for my CT that was scheduled and also 6 orders for X-rays that had not been talked about previously. With no problem they said ofcourse. I waited approx 5 minutes, CT completed and then X-rays immediately after. The process was so smooth. Staff from the front desk, CT tech and Xray tech were wonderful. Thank you for the great experience. Will recommend this facility to anyone I know needing radiologic services!

Good luck with making an appointment to get your imaging done. I spent 2 weeks to make an appointment, no chance. I called 3 times, emailed Dr. order 2 times to email address they provided to me to send them Dr. order but somehow they did not receive my email, not sure how and why. Either their system sucks or they don’t know what are they talking about. I talked to 3 different agents, last two of them had similar attitude, any the last one I talked to had an open sarcasm, their system sucks but I am the one to blame. I won’t go this place never again, wasted over an hour on the phone with no result. No clue how they have 4.8 star on Google, what a poor experience.

I've been waiting for my results for more than a month. They're still "processing". Received the bill though, no problems in the billing department apparently.

I had an MRI done at this facility. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The technician that performed my MRI was very friendly and added a little humor into my visits. I will not hesitate to use this facility again.
