I dont even know where to start but ill do my best. I really really wanted this to be a good experience and improve my health. My health did improve but it was a major hurdle dealing with this place. From the get go I was really excited to not have to deal with all the problems that come with seasonal allergies and when I got tested I tested positive for almost everything so this was very needed. Within the first time getting tested though I asked about what all I was allergic to and was given a very vague answer. On the same day without any warning I got charged upwards of $300 plus dollars that I was not even notified beforehand and when I went up to the window to pay I had two women give me an attitude and told me I needed to pay it that day. I have been a patient of Dr. Verma for years. The staff and Dr. Verma are friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended Dr. Verma to several of my friends and family. I love that when you have an appointment you only see the doctor. No nurses and no PAs.

I have been going to Dr. Verma for awhile now and I love going there. I also take my son there and he loves it as well. We have no complaints and I would refer Dr. Verma to anyone who asks.

Horrible service… when I called both ladies would hang up on me, also would not let me finished asking a question before they would end the call. Both very rude to speak to. Asked for a manger and they hung up on me again.
