I saw Dr. Prasad for a cleaning & crowns—I really haven't had any dental-related horror stories until visiting her at NW Family Dentistry, but she is my new baseline for what to avoid. It was really that bad. From start to finish, everything about my experience with Dr. Prasad & her practice went poorly. 1st appt was a routine cleaning. When I left, I noticed I still had plaque on my teeth & I called the office when I got home to let Dr. Prasad know & see if she would get those teeth cleaned again before my next appointment (which was for the crowns). Dr. Prasad called me back personally to ask for pics & let me know what I was referring to was staining (it wasn't), but that she could take a look when I came in at my next appt. Fine.
