Rainbow Pediatrics

Michelle is the best hands down!! She listens to your concerns and questions. She explains things in a way you can understand. She makes you feel at ease if you receive concerning news. Very family friendly. We never feel rushed either. We are so glad she's with Rainbow Peds!! Also, the nursing staff are amazing!! They actually get on the child's level to help them feel more at ease if they feel scared or are about to get a shot, etc. The receptionist are great too. They make it easy to make an appt, get a doctor's note if need be and have great attitudes.

My kids have been with rainbow pediatrics since birth, and I wouldn’t want it any other way! They have always been great with my children and super patient and careful with them. They always try to work them in same day if past the usual walk-in times… if not with their location in hope mills, then with the next available option that’s closest. Michelle Burnette is one of our favorites by far , She’s thorough and considerate, and very sweet. I would definitely recommend the hope mills location. All the other locations are just as good from our experience with them as well. 10/10

“Vaccinating your child is the most important health-promoting intervention that pediatric clinics perform… As medical professionals, we feel very strongly that vaccinating your child on schedule with currently available vaccines is absolutely the right thing to do to protect all children and young adults.” If this practice feels that strongly about vaccination policy and schedule compliance, they should also be willing to provide transparency and support when it comes to the cost of those vaccinations. After my baby’s 3-month wellness visit following the standard vaccination schedule, they billed my insurance $2,004. I had personally called my insurance beforehand and verified that routine visits and scheduled vaccinations were covered. The office also told me the visit was covered. What

Terrible staff. Slow. They forgot about my sick daughter for about an hour as we just sat in a room. Total visit took over two hours, and we were the only patients there. It must be nice to have such an easy gig. And now, I'm told I have to take another day off to come back tomorrow to fix their screw up. Ridiculous. (2/19/26) Update: I went back again and they charged me again. Just to get basic flu medicine, we had two days of appointments, had to go across town to get X-rays (although the Dr said she heard nothing in my child's lungs), and I paid for two subs. Over $200 out of pocket later, we're still waiting on flu meds, which also costs money. What a scam. (2/20/26)

My kids love seeing Dr. Burnette! She talks to, not at, my kids which makes them feel more comfortable with her at each visit. She’s one of the best pediatricians in Fayetteville!
