I have never had a physician that takes the time to listen to you the patient. I love being in her care she is very considerate of your feelings. She is a dedicated and devoted health care professional. I love that her office uses an online system that allows me access to my medical chart and medications 24/7. This makes it so easy to share information with other health care providers. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

The staff is very rude. When the front desk receptionist asked me why I was there, I told her I was having sinus and allergy trouble. She said "You're not coughing or sniffling?" I just smiled and said my throat was bothering me and that I had been having migraines, then I sat down. She then closed her glass window and proceeded to gossip about me with the nurse. I guess they thought I couldn't hear them, or they just didn't care. One said I was faking it and that I was crazy, because I didn't look sick or show obvious symptoms. When I went to the back, the nurse took my temperature, and then walked out of the room to tell the front desk receptionist that I had a slight fever. The lady goes "Oh, how did that happen?" I have been seeing Dr. Figueroa for more than 20 years. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had, and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else.

Most of my previous medical care was on Fort Bragg. Now that I am retired, I see Dr. Figueroa. Dr. Figueuroa's care far exceeds the care I received on Fort Bragg. She takes the time to understand the problem, and provides the correct treatment instead of just guessing at a treatment. My health (and especially my wife's health) have improved significantly since we started seeing Dr. Figueroa. She knows far more about practicing good medicine and correctly diagnosing her patients than the doctors on Fort Bragg.

Absolutely horrible service. I had to reschedule my appointment once and gave them a week notice. I almost had to reschedule the second one ( giving them more than a weeks notice and they said they would drop me as a new patient.) I didn’t reschedule but kept my appointment at 9:00 letting them know I would have to leave at 10:00 for my appointment with clients. 45 minutes after my appointment time I’m still in the waiting room. They said it will be at least another 15 before she can even get me in the back. Would have been more understanding except for the fact they were going to drop me for rescheduling but they don’t have to stick with their appointment time.
