Ideal Dental Hope Mills

Updating review due to this facility's front desk. I have had my appointment times moved without notification and or outright cancelled multiple times across the last 1 to 1.5 years here. In the latter case, when they cancel my appointments, I would of course need to wait multiple months for a dental appointment as they would have no open appointments. The front desk staff was surprised that I'm there on the day of my appointment and act as if there was nothing in the system for me as far as appointments. They have done this to my wife as well. I've brought this to the front desk 's attention more than once yet it keeps happening. I have notified the front desk manager as well. I work. If my appointment needs to be moved or cancelled that's fine, but I need to know so that I can

I want to start by saying how amazing of a job that Dr. Aviv and the dental hygienist Sarah did at Ideal Dental. I want to express my deepest thanks for the kindness, care and information that you shared with me during my visit. Dr. Aviv – I really appreciated the helpfulness that you provided during my visit. The friendly atmosphere really showed me that you care about your job and most of all you care about the patients that you are aiding in dental hygiene health. Sarah – was the one who handled my dental cleaning and she really made me feel at ease and was very excellent at her job. Jared, dental assistant, did an excellent job. He stayed attentive the entire visit. He explained each step in a clear and calm way. His approach helped ease anxiety and built confidence during the appointment. Dr. Aviv provided thoughtful and professional care. She took time to answer all my questions and explain treatment options in a plain language. The visit felt unrushed and respectful. Kaitlyn is a wonderful hygienist. I had a great experience at Ideal Dental Dr. Aviv was very professional, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, which really helped ease my nerves. Jared, the dental assistant, was amazing as well super kind, attentive, and reassuring. He checked in on me the whole time and made the experience feel smooth and stress free.

Save your time and money. Other Ideal Dentist offices might be ok, but stay away from the one in Hope Mills. They are rude, dismissive and incompetent. The first visit the tech was rude to me, when I gave it back to her, Laura the office manager said to me that wasn’t the first time she’s been rude. I let it go because the girl was young and for the lack of better words not mature professionally. My next visit was on. The third visit I went in for teeth whitening….waited 45 minutes at which time I told them I could no longer wait. As I was leaving Laura called me and apologized for the confusion. Confusion?
