Rainbow Massage spa

This used to be my favorite massage place for last minute appts and I went at least once a week as a walk in. I didn't mind paying upfront, and tipped $20.00 cash at the end of a $45.00/hour massage. Customer service has always been horrible, but for a last minute deep tissue massage, I overlooked it. However, they recently demanded a 30 dollar tip prior to services rendered, for me that was incredibly off putting. Sadly, I will not be going back.

This place was amazing. There are massage therapist that just do routine massages, but he knew my area I needed work without even asking. The same went with my boyfriend. I like deep massages! Most places are incapable of doing deep massages. We will be going here again. After reading the reviews. Yes we paid ahead which is not a problem and we gave a tip after without them asking. Place was clean and customer service was great!

I would not tip in this place. It is not cheap. And what they do is they charge you ahead of time and ASK you TO GIVE a tip- then after AGAIN- masseuse gets you alone AND ASKS YOU AGAIN FOR A TIP. I would go there - it's good - but absolutely not tip. I just think of all the people that fall to the pressure b4 and after. Ruthless , vicious, focused on the money - false smiles, not the healing and benefit for you. They do charge a pretty penny already - so no tip - pay your staff better and not just collect at cash register .

I requested a deep tissue massage- big mistake! Too much pressure even though I asked her to use less pressure. Not a relaxing experience which is what I am looking for in a massage. Actually quite stressful. I would not recommend. I have had many massages and this was by far the worst!

Aila is great - did reflexology on my tendonitis arm & it feels SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you so much - will be back in 2 weeks!
