Rachel is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for chronic pain/fibromyalgia and she has been incredibly helpful. Her massage skills are incredible, she really listens when I describe my pain, she also uses cupping and I get so much relief after I see her. She introduced me to different ways to manage my pain like massage balls and more. I’ve been so grateful for her insight.! I am doing much better since I started seeing her.

I have been seeing Rachel for a few months now for posture therapy. I have chronic muscle pain that leaves me unable to walk more than a block unless i relentlessly do yoga. Yoga allowed me to be mobile again but never really “fixed” me completely. Physical therapy failed in the past. Things have gotten worse over the years, and I have gotten only shrugs from countless doctors in explanation. My back started going numb and I was losing use of my hands so i thought I would give some “hippy stuff” out of desperation. Posture therapy sounds weird, but, it’s all quite logical and grounded in muscle mechanics.
