Betty is such a professional physical healer! Her classes both in person and on line have proven to be amazingly effective at soothing my aches and pains as I age. I have practiced Somatic movement with Betty for a while now and find that I can fix myself on my own by just doing a few specific movements depending on what hurts, but I must say there’s nothing like having her so thoughtfully guide me through a hour long session. It is the best self care I have ever done. I like to describe her classes as a guided physical meditation. Great for the body and mind.
