Whenever my husband has his blood drawn at Quest, the results are NEVER displayed when he logs in. We ALWAYS have to call and have the results emailed. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!
Overall it was an enjoyable experience, the staff was friendly, professional, and everyone I ran into was happy and smiling even at 6am. The only thing I initially had trouble with was finding the lab. Nothing indicated "Quest Diagnostics". It wasn't until I asked someone about it that they mentioned they are affiliated with them. I got my results back before I woke up the next morning too!
