Cape Cod Healthcare Urgent Care - Sandwich

Yesterday I went to get seen for a sinus problem. I am 66 years old and know when I have a sinus infection. The website said 15-20 minute wait. No problem. Was left in a room over an hour. Told the attending physician I had sinus pressure and pain. No fever. Fully vaccinated. Just needed an antibiotic to clear up the infection. She wouldn’t prescribe me anything without a COVID-19 test. Left very unhappy. I still have a sinus infection and no COVID. 😳 My shocked face.

I took my baby here because he had a fever, chills and lack of appetite. Every single person that we interacted with was so caring, thorough and helpful. It’s very clean, pleasant and we did not feel rushed. Most importantly, I felt listened to. Grateful to have them there for when his pediatrician is not available.

My daughter visited Cape Cod Healthcare Urgent Care - Sandwich yesterday, and the physician she saw was Jacklyn Reis. During the visit, Jacklyn mentioned that her tonsils looked great. However, there's a slight issue with that—my daughter had her tonsils removed when she was five years old, and she is now 22.

I received the best care today at Urgent Care. I was treated with respect, kindness and such care being seen. From when I walked in and when I left the staff and Dr Robert M Baginski kept me informed of every step they were taking to give me the best care. I was there for Covid test and to have my leg checked out. It was done thoroughly and quickly. The ultrasound technician was wonderful also. I highly recommend to anyone that needs to be seen for various issue, that this would be the place to go. I’m glad my daughter recommended them to me. Thank you so much

Outstanding care received from this urgent care facility! I got there right after they opened and was seen right away. Everyone there was friendly, caring, and professional. They took great care of me, listened to what I had to say about my symptoms, and asked great questions to help their diagnosis. Extremely happy with my experience and will most definitely go back there should I need that type of service again!!
