we enjoyed going until our then 20 month old got sick and we were calling for advice on whether we were over reacting or if he needed to be seen. Constantly told us they'd call back with an appointment. Never did. Symptoms got worse and at 21 months was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes after urgent care then sent to Boston children's. Went in for his 18 month shots that were overdue, explained what happened and that we were infuriated that they never got back to us or took us seriously with our concerns. Currently been battling with calling to get our sons records switched to a new pediatrician and never seem to reach them over the phone. Always leave voicemails and never receive a return call. If you are focused on fancy Aesthetics this is not the practice for you. But, if you are looking for a compassionate provider and staff that are patient and really listen and respect parents. Then, this is the practice for you. We heart Dr Koenig, she is mature in her years so be patient. She is worth it.

The Reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because my daughter was being seen at this office and it was fine until 1 day I had an appointment, and people with kids know that its stressful just getting to the doctors office. I call the day before about needing a refill for a medication and it made sense that the doctor wanted to see the progress of what caused the need for medication, so we make the appointment for the next day, we get there and call to alert the staff that we have arrived, the phone call is answered and I say that we are outside and I am met with the response that they are off cape and not even in the office and that I would get a call the next day, I was upset but was trying to be understanding like people get busy and things happen, The next day comes, no call, the week g

Dr. Koenig is literally the only doctor I trust to see my daughter. We live all the way in harwich but I refuse to switch her pediatrician because of how great Dr. Koenig is to us. We absolutely love her and all the staff working at Sandwich Pediatrics. Highly recommended by my family and I :)

We live about an hr away from her office and we absolutely love her. She is so nice and makes you feel like you are part of her family. It’s a small practice which we love so we are not waiting hrs to just be seen.
