During my last Rx pickup and on several other occasions in the past, the pharmacy rep announced the name of my medication loud enough for those in line behind me to hear. This is clearly a violation of HIPAA policies and an invasion of my privacy. This should not be tolerated.
I got a notice from CVS that my doctor sent in a drug prescription and they would text me when it was ready. Several days and no notice so I went in to see what was up. They checked and told me it wasn't a prescription drug and then led me to where it is on the shelf. Very friendly and helpful service.

CVS continues to put me in the prescriptions auto refill system when I keep telling them over & over & over & over & over to keep me out of it. They keep refilling without my permission and way too early before I need refills.
Great little cvs!! Didn't know it was here. All skin care products I was seeking were available!! Super convenient!
