I had an absolutely fantastic experience today, and I especially want to recognize Mayra Rodriguez. She was the one who drew my blood, and she was truly amazing. I walked in feeling extremely stressed because of past experiences at other locations, but Mayra immediately put me at ease. She was kind, calm, patient, and incredibly professional. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. The overall atmosphere at this location was wonderful as well. While I was there, I could hear staff in other rooms laughing and chatting comfortably with patients, which says a lot about how caring and positive this environment is. It made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. I cannot recommend this location enough, and I would absolutely go out of my way to visit this location again o
I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at this location. My 2-year-old has had some difficult experiences with blood draws in the past, so I walked in feeling nervous and protective. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated him with patience, kindness, and so much respect. They spoke to him calmly, gave him time to adjust, and explained everything to me without rushing us. Our experience was smoother than any pediatric hospital visit we’ve had before. If you’re a parent looking for a place that truly knows how to work with little ones, this location went above and beyond. Thank you for turning something stressful into such a positive experience for our family.
I have given this company more than one opportunity to do things right. I had several issues at their callaghan location and now this place. If you have insurance you can choose to go to another lab you dont have to settle for their unprofessional staff who have no clue what it takes to be in a customer service industry. I will move forward to being a advocate for communicare to have another contract lab agency. I walked in today around 11:25am at 11:28 a rude woman came out to tell they were close and she was refusing me service until a gentleman by the name of Daniel step in and said he would take care of me. Another lady immediately walked up to me and said "we have no order for you". Not true. Daniel took the time to introduce himself and looked at the fax orders. He manually put them
Such a great experience for my little one. He was very nervous when I told him he had to get his blood drawn. The staff was so welcoming and very skilled. Check in was so easy as it was our first time their. All electronic check in, very easy. He left confidant and reassured that it was a piece of cake all because of the staff!
TWO HOURS WASTED!! They had 14 scheduled appointments and I was second on the standby list. The check-in kiosk stated I would probably have a 30-60 minute-wait because I was a walk-in. I looked up every time the phlebotomists opened the door to call someone and I was NEVER called. I never left the room either. After 90 minutes in the quiet waiting room, I noticed my name was removed from the TV monitor. I asked why my name had been removed. They claimed they called me twice. I spoke to Supervisor, Erica G., who was unapologetic, and she had me sign in all over again as a walk-in. Of the 4 phlebotomists they had working that morning, none of them could say they actually called me. It seems they were eager to get me off their list to lighten their client load.
