Queens Long Island Medical Group

I went here to bring someone who just had a brain tumor removed. He had symptoms over 8 years and was going blind when the acp eye doctor said everything was ok. He ended up going to 3 specialists outside this group and had his tumor removed at NY Prespbyterian(a very professional hospital). After he tried to do a follow up this group would not approve a referral unless he came in for a checkup. He had to get up out of his recovery bed to travel to these people. I was with him during the visit and the doctor only asked how he was and what meds he was taking. If he had not seen a doctor outside the group he might not be here today.

This place needs to be more on schedule with there appointments, our time is valuable also as well as plans we may have made for the test of the day, every time I come here on time or even b4 I'm still sitting here waiting an hour or more and it messes up the rest of my day schedule. It's ridiculous, think I'm gonna start looking for different place to go for medical needs and services.

This place sucks . It takes forever to make an apointment . The doctor I am seeing there was supposed to send in a script for me TWO WEEKS AGO and has not done it . Ever since they changed to advantage care they have been horrible . I don't recommend this place .
