What a great experience! Everyone is so nice and helpful! My son got braces on and the dentist and staff made him so comfortable. Also, Billing Specialist, Karie deSouza helped with insurance details and went out of here way to make sure everything was correct. Highly recommended!
This practice consistently overbooks and operates while understaffed. I waited 2.5 hours for a first-thing-in-the-morning appointment, which is completely unacceptable. I have also been asked to reschedule the same appointment twice due to staffing shortages. The ongoing scheduling issues reflect poor management and have directly impacted my confidence in the level of care my son is receiving.
Great place Sara was amazing in helping us everything office and staff are very friendly
The staff is super friendly!! Office is clean and the doctors/assistants are very knowledgeable! :) Would definitely recommend.
Staff is friendly, helpful and polite at the Lake Ronkonkoma location. Front desk and assistants are always accommodating with appointments and making sure all process is understood. Highly recommended this office.
