I really appreciate that Chester was able to be seen immediately (the same day I called) since I was worried about him! This was the first time my pet has seen Dr. Li and I liked her very much. She was very gentle and patient with Chester, who is a shy cat. I feel confident that he is in good hands. Since he's a diabetic cat I expect we'll be seeing the doctor again soon. Thanks!

The people who work here are absolute blessings! My cat struggles a lot with anxiety around the vet and various health concerns, but QAAC has always been quick to answer any questions/concerns and have done everything they can to make sure she’s happy and healthy when going to the vet; I’ve never seen her so friendly during appointments before! Specifically, Caitlin, Kara and Sarah are all so wonderful and each have gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure my cat is receiving all of the care she needs. They have gone out of their way to help redirect me to other available clinics when I had emergent health concerns, have called me back very quickly with answers and followups to check in on my cats health, and have overall been so kind and helpful as I navigated stressful situatio

Everyone that helped me from scheduling, checking in, initial exam with the nurse, exam and advising by Dr. Fraser, quick vaccines, making both my cats as comfortable as possible, clean and cozy exam room, non stressful processes during a sensitive time, quick billing, help carrying them back to my car and next day follow up advising. I really appreciate the patience and assistance, glad to have found this clinic. (I’ll try to update with more staff names soon.🤭)

From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Salt herself, every single person there is kind, patient, and completely invested in their patients (and the worried humans who bring them in). My dog, Miss Bella — affectionately known as Miss Diva — is now 15.2 years old and has been under Dr. Salt’s care for many years. I honestly think Bella believes this clinic exists entirely for her benefit, and honestly… she’s not wrong. Dr. Salt is everything you could want in a vet — smart, calm, compassionate, and wonderfully human. She takes her time, answers every question, and has this magical way of making even the most anxious moments feel

I was tryin to seek help for my dog. Two of the girls in the front had two different answers. I felt like i was getting excuse to not treat my dog. I had called the day before returning back from my trip. Explaining what my dog was experiencing with her symptoms and spoke with the doctor. I was told to bring her in asap. And when I tried... I was turning away. So definitely not a place i want to try anymore or use for the fortune.
