Excellent and professional attention from the staff at this emergency room. They treated me very well and I felt very comfortable with their presence. They diagnosed me and did the required tests to diagnose the cause of my condition. I was there with them and they prescribed the procedure according to the diagnosis. Thank you very much, Doctor Thanh-Huy-Nguyen and the nurses Alisson and Allyson. I appreciate that they were very attentive to me. Thank you very much.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in because of fever stomachache ache and cough. They did a couple of swabs for flu and covid. Both were negative so they said it's respiratory infection and sent me home. I suffered for 3 more days and finally went to get a second opinion. It turns out I had Pneumonia. Complete waste of time, money grabbing people who dont care about helping find or fix any issues you may be dealing with.

This was my first visit and l was a walk in. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very prompt. They accepted all my insurance. The Doctor was kind and very knowledgeable, she didn't hesitate to answer my questions and l felt medically well taken care of. I would strongly recommend this Urgent care clinic.

Front desk was the most professional and organized experience I have had from a medical office in a long while. Everything was clean and the rest of my experience was great. Medical staff listen and take their time with patients but are efficient and patient-focused. This office is not close to where I live, but as long as I don't receive any extreme surprise billing between now and when I next need care, I will drive the 20 minutes for such amazing care!

Rate is a 10. Friendly staff and the Dr as well. Waiting time for walk in was 15 minutes the norm for me. Happy patient here. Thank you again.
