Quality Urgent Care- San Antonio

I was a walk-in yesterday. It was my first time at Quality Urgent Care and definitely won't be my last! There was a short wait time. Easy registration. Everyone was friendly and professional. My PA, Miguel Moran, was awesome! He was not in a rush. He listened to me and made me feel like a person and not a number. I will definitely be a return customer!

Hands down worst experience i’ve ever had at a clinic. My “doctor” was Edwin Morgan. I have a fever and an insanely sore throat. Truly don’t understand how someone would allow this man to be the primary care giver in any clinic. I get strep throat often, and mentioned this when I walked in. I also asked for a strep test from the nurse who took my vitals. When the doctor came, he immediately told me I was wrong and it was just allergies. I don’t know about anyone else, but allergies have never made it to where I can barely swallow or talk. Also have never had allergies without any type of stuffy nose or cough. Dismissed me entirely and spent maybe 20 seconds in the room. $75 copay to have somebody tell me I am not sick without even testing me for one thing and taking a quick glance into my

Short wait, really nice doctor! Great with kids! Had to bring my son in for an ear infection over the holidays and it was a smooth experience. I also REALLY appreciate that you accept Champ VA. My husband is a disabled veteran and it’s the only insurance we have. It is hard to find providers so thank you for accepting it and taking care of our veteran families. I know it is not always easy to process claims with them.

Summary: My doctor was rude, dismissive, and literally shooed me away. The nurses were nice. _____________________________ I went to this clinic and the nursing staff was nice. The doctor was less than pleasant in the beginning of my appointment he was dismissive and the appointment was very brief. I appreciate that he demonstrated the best way to care for issue but without warning he demonstrated on me which hurt then promptly left without letting me ask questions. I explained to the nurse I had more questions and the doctor came back. The 1st thing he said was that he was busy and to hurry up ( I was the only patient). He was confused and impatient about my questions ( typical improvement time, indication, what was sticking out of me, care questions like bandaging/coverings). I received
