My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs for the past few years and have nothing but praise for them. While yes, things were a little slow during the pandemic height, that's *completely* understandable and they've definitely gotten up-to-speed over the past year and a half so that we barely need to wait for any Rx. They're also incredibly kind and nice to speak to, regardless of who we work with there (any tech or pharmacist). Today we just both got our flu shots and I can't believe how overworked the staff were. Pharmacist Faith and the tech were beyond busy and we saw how customers would come up and complain about things when clearly there was not much else the two staff could do. (4 hands can only do so much at one time). Thank you, Faith, and

Noticing reviews are mostly dated one year ago! Pharmacists are overwhelmed and mean and rude!

Tried to make flu shot appointment here and accidentally scheduled at the Fred Meyer. Checkers were both extremely rude, didn’t know the address of this store or the Fred Meyer, claimed to have no availability or any more flu shots and that they no longer took my insurance and the flu shot would be $180 even though there are signs throughout the store saying it’s free . Very unhelpful and unpleasant experience, will not be transferring prescriptions here.

The Gilman "Pharmacy Team" to include the two most AMAZING Pharmacist - Anna & Faith are just absolutely the two most knowledgeable and caring Pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I notice how other reviews claims how "slow" this Pharmacy is. I'm compelled to rebuff that statement by simply stating that the staff here take the needed time with each individual giving all the attention needed so that each patient/customer walks out well informed about their respective medication(s). Would you wanna be rushed through like other Pharmacies would with regards to any medication questions and/or concerns? Not I, I want full disclosures and some caring advice which you would certainly get with the amazing staff at the QFC Gilman Issaquah team......Christine Curtis!
