I am genuinely impressed by all aspects of their business. After receiving fillings at Issaquah Valley Dental, my bite feels exactly how it did before and there are no residual rough surfaces on my teeth. I've had fillings with prior dentists and this hasn't always been the case. The staff seem to be in a persistently good mood, and given the general unpleasantness of going to the dentist that makes a big difference. Everything is crisp and efficient. Even the front office is fast, I show up for my appointment and they have me in the chair right away. It's not often that you see this level of craftsmanship and professionalism, but it sure is nice when you come across it.

The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a few fillings. When I asked how much I would owe, I was quoted $28. I agreed to proceed and paid the $28 in cash the same day (they even asked me to pay a 5% processing fee) and that’s why I paid cash to avoid that. A couple of weeks later, I was shocked to receive a bill saying I owed $88. When I followed up and reminded them I had already paid $28 in cash, they admitted they “forgot” to apply it, leaving me with an additional $60 balance. This is extremely unprofessional. The final cost ended up being three times higher than the original estimate. I will have to now pay the $88 - originally quoted as $28. Just had my dental visit today and it was excellent! 🦷✨ The care was professional, gentle, and thorough — I left feeling confident about my smile. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for a few years and recommend this place. The dentists and practitioners are very upfront and open about what needs to be checked or may become a problem but I don't feel like they are openly looking out for the smallest of cavities.
