The staff was incredible! They take their time helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. Kirsten is a star. She laid out all of my options and even explained the frame styles that work with may face shape the best 10/10 for her. Dr. C was patient and so knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what all of the tests were for and educated me on how the results could affect me down the line. Just a star line up through and through. Even I got a rad pair of glasses to remember it by. Thanks yall.

My daughter and I really liked the doctors and the appointment was scheduled very quickly. Staff was very helpful until the glasses were ordered. It's been 6 or 7 weeks now, numerous delays and all times but once I was the one who had to reach out to get an update. Can't go anywhere else because they have our frames. Still don't have the glasses. The staff also gave us a $200 rebate for my daughter's lenses which after we filed turned out to be invalid for her particular contacts. I very much wish the business side of this company would get it together because the doctors are excellent but I would never order any glasses or contacts from them if I can help it due to poor management.

The staff is very welcoming and warm. They listened to what my needs were and addressed the same. The optician is wonderful too. She explained everything that I need to know very patiently. It was nice to see how passionate everyone was about their work.

Dr. Chowaniec is excellent. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions, and provides thoughtful options. Very attentive and caring. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Dr. Ahn at Optica Vision care for a few years. I have consistently gotten good care. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr Ahn takes the time to get things right and listen to my concerns and goals on my vision and provides helpful suggestions, showing his vast experience. I just got fitted with new contacts and could not be happier
