HIDEF Sports & Physical Therapy

My therapist AJ is very professional yet friendly. Helper me heal from a constant tension in the left side of the body. The gym setting is great because of the diversity of the equipment. I would just recommend scheduling when it's more quiet during the day.

I had been seeing a physical therapist for almost a year with no improvement. I had seen HIDEF at the gym my daughter was going to for her soccer training and thought since they were in a gym, maybe they would have a different approach than your standard pt office. So i signed up, and honestly after a few visits i was feeling better. Fast forward a few months and now i have no pain when i’m lifting weights again. He was patient, listened to what i was feeling and didn’t outwardly judge me when i told him i had not done the exercises the past week. AJ will be my go to when I get messed up again…it will happen. I couldn’t recommend AJ any more highly. He’s the best!

Great physical therapy clinic. The therapist has been great in training me to walk without a limp, now that my knee problem was surgically solved. Also, he challenges me with heavy lifting, which is great. I love the gym setting and the access to weights.

The experience here was amazing. The PT was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify why my previous PT work was not getting results. He set my expectations with the issue I was having and they explained what I would be charged by my insurance. I will be scheduling again with them to help me resolve another issue that has plagued me for years.

A J Davies gas been great to work with at the aissaquah location. Very approachable. Makes you work hard, but is good at what he does to help athletes, even midlife women, get stronger and prevent injurues.
