Q Dentistry

Dr Q and her staff are fabulous. On my first visit as she rightly assessed my anxiety while she cleaned my teeth. During the procedure of ultrasound teeth cleaning she simultaneously did a progressive relaxation while cleaning. This is a friendly, empathic and skilled staff. I truly feel taken care of by Dr Q and her staff.

Overall great place. She gave me a list of things to do which seemed odd, but when I asked, she simply told me to “Trust the Plan” and signed off everything with “—Q”. She also mentioned something in passing about how RFK was coming back to life or something idk. 10/10, would trust trust the plan again

She said they're not accepting new patient with insurance but if I pay cash they will accept it. I wish I could do 0 star.

I’m honestly SHOCKED. I called to inquire about becoming a new patient, the person who answered the phone said they were only accepting new patients based in the type of insurance they had. Totally understandable statement, UNTIL… I told him I had the state insurance and he said they weren’t accepting that right now. I said, I wanted to confirm that the directory was incorrect ( I received a referral from this clinic from two separate directories). He said no it’s correct but because they’re so busy right now they aren’t accepting patients with that insurance but might start taking them next year LOL WHAT.

One of the best Dental experiences I've ever had. The Dentist was very nice and thorough. She explained everything in details what was going on and recommended the best solution. The office is clean with state of the art X-ray and friendly staff.
