Pyramid Discount Pharmacy

I grew up going to this family-owned pharmacy, and now I bring my daughter here after her doctor’s appointments to fill her prescriptions. The pharmacist is always friendly and kind, the service is efficient, and they always have what I need!

I’ve been getting my medication from Pyramid for almost 3 years now. They are very nice people and always willing to help or explain what’s happening if, on the rare occasion, I can’t get my medication as expected. It’s not a fancy place. They are family-owned (from what I can tell) and very chill, so if you’re expecting a big, pharma factory like CVS, then you’re in the wrong place. They’re awesome.

My experience at this pharmacy was very pleasant despite the previous reviews. The team members were very helpful, professional, and I didn't have to wait long for the medication I was picking up. I had a few questions regarding the medication and they provided me with a lot of very useful information. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

Pleasantly surprised at the speed and accuracy of this pharmacy to a NEW patient. I'll never return to my former BIG pharmacy.

I called this morning to see if they had a hard-to-find prescription in stock. At first a young man who sounded like he was stoned or hung-over answered. He wasn't rude, just unprofessional with lots of "yeah"s and "uh-huh"s. He put me on hold without telling me he was doing so, and a woman with a very thick accent answered. I explained again what I needed and after some confusion because I couldn't quite understand her she told me she did have my medication in stock. I told her how many I needed and asked if she had enough to fill the prescription. Rather than just verify if she did or didn't she said that she wouldn't know until she saw the prescription. Huh?
