Piedmont Urgent Care

Hello to everyone who sees this! I was very sick, and when I got there I got the most caring and attentive people ever Whitney Willam’s and I think Kaitlyn little. They were so nice and helpful, and even though I was really scared, they reassured me and made me feel safe. They took their time with me, listened to everything I said, and made sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate how kind and patient they were during such a hard moment for me. I’m so grateful for the way they cared for me and helped me feel at ease.

This was the best service I have had in a long time, very professional and polite. I would recommend this office to everyone. Mrs. Ashley took time and great care of me, she explained every step and made sure I understood. Thank you to the Camp Creek Piedmont Urgent Care.

They were very busy, but moved things along in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly, they smiled and spoke. Additionally, the nurse that did my work up was very nice, she even came in the room to check on me and to let me know that the doctor would be seeing next. I appreciate that acknowledgement and the genuine concern for her patients. The doctor was very pleasant and thorough. My questions were answered to my understanding. Thank you😊

My experience at Piedmont Urgent Care, Camp Creek on 2/28/26 was superb! The facility was clean with fresh air, the staff was kind and personable, and the service was efficient! Awesome job to the crew working that day! I was well pleased with everything and EVERYONE!

In/out in 1 hr tops. I can appreciate the location opening early and the online registration was seamless. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. The PA didn't prescribe anything that I didn't need and recommended to continue with my OTC treatment I had already been doing. The location was clean and convenient. Definitely a goto for quick medical treatment. I recommend going early, by the time I was leaving the waiting area was filling up compared to only have 2 people (me and other patient) when I initially arrived and checked in. Left with a plan of treatment and hoping a quick recovery.
