Covenant Pulmonary Critical Care - Dr. Ngozika Orjioke, MD, FCCP

I recently had an appointment at Covenant Pulmonary Critical Care on 2/5 because my CPAP machine is expiring and my insurance requires a new sleep study for replacement. The office itself is very nice and the staff were polite during my visit. The appointment went smoothly, and I was told they just needed to verify the cost with my insurance and would call me back so I could move forward with getting the equipment. Unfortunately, the follow-up process was extremely disappointing. After a week of hearing nothing, I called on 2/12 to check the status. I was told they had been busy with “clinicals” and hadn’t had time to call, but that someone would follow up the next day. I never received a call. I called again on 2/17 and was given a similar response about long hold times and being busy.

First time visiting this office and I felt like the Dr. is really going to help me get to the bottom of my issues. All the ladies were very sweet and friendly.

Dr. Orjioke and her staff are Amazing! She genuinely cares about how her patients are feeling emotionally and physically and does whatever she can to help you feel better. She listens carefully, answers questions, and doesn't rush thru your appointment. I appreciate having an experienced, knowledgeable, and kind doctor. She provides EXCELLENT care to her patients. I'm so glad I found Dr. O and highly recommend her!

The office was easy to find. The receptionist was accommodating and so pleasant. I was initially seen by the doctor in training, who was so sweet. Dr. O was professional, thorough and easy to talk to. My appointment was at 11 am and I was in my car by 11:45 am, that is absolutely amazing, especiallyfor an initial appointment. I would definitely recommend this office and am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

Outside of my personal Primary care doctor who I have been with 15 years, this is the most wonderful practice I have EVER been to! Dr. O was my consulting Pulmonary specialist during a recent hospital stay and she was fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind, caring and thorough!! I chose her to continue my care, as I have a progressive lung disease that I will have to deal with for life. And I definitely made the right decision!! Today was my follow up appointment with her Nurse P. (I already knew Dr O was out of the country). Everyone in that practice was top notch!! I’m talking reception, medical tech and Nurse P!! Yes everyone!!! The office is bright, clean and easy to find. I’m so happy I chose Covenant Pulmonary. So happy!
