PWR Physical Therapy

So grateful that Jill was willing to accommodate my schedule and see me. It was the best experience I have had with physical therapists and the relief I had to my neck pain was both immediate and lasting. She gave me realistic exercises to continue to do, which I am doing. I feel like I've received 90% relief from a problem that had been shadowing my entire summer. Very grateful for her skill and compassion.

I came to see Jill with multiple chronic pain issues that affected my daily quality of life. I was conveniently able to schedule a same-day appointment online. Through dry needling, a very tolerable exercise plan, lifestyle adjustment suggestions, and follow-up appointments (all appointments are one hour and at one price), I have experienced significant shifts in my mobility and vitality! Professional and friendly establishment! I visited Jill because although I've been exercising a long time, I was self taught and wanted to be sure I protected my body throughout a variety of movements. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with productive feedback regarding how I held my body, how to progress through movements, and finding ways to support my core throughout. She also took the time to teach me me about basic fitness topics such as how much is enough to work out for my fitness goals. The session was followed up with an email that not only provided a summary of what we worked on so I can continue at home, but did so using language that made sense to me (which she was very attentive to during our session). I threw out my back 3 days before I was scheduled to run in a half marathon. I felt pretty crushed both emotionally and physically. I was able to get in to PWR Physical Therapy the next day and was treated with effective dry needling with electrical stimulation which decreased my muscle tension and pain. I was also given some exercises to do at home to really keep the muscles calm. I went from feeling helpless and wondering if I should even run in my race, to being able to run my race with out pain! I even got 6th place in my division, thanks to PWR Physical Therapy! Can't wait to work with them to improve my performance so I can get 1st place in my next race!

My chronic problem needs attention even when I am out of town. I was staying in the area and was lucky to find Ms Gibbon. She treated the recurring pain effectively by, among other methods, dry needling, which was new to me. Her treatment was certainly helpful in alleviating my recurring pain.
