I highly recommend sedation dentistry!! After waaaaay too many years of procrastinating and avoiding seeing a dentist, (because I am a big chicken and have traumatic childhood memories), I finally made an appointment. It was amazing! Dentistry has changed considerably and there was absolutely nothing to fear. Every single person was kind, understanding, accommodating, and patient! No judgement, no "scolding" for not going sooner, or taking better care of my teeth. The best part, NO PAIN AT ALL!! Not even a little! I L-O-V-E my new/fixedteeth! I should have known after my first about that this practice was shady. I went for an appointment to establish care and ended up leaving with a crown. For two months after I had constant pain from the new crown. Every time I called they said it was “normal.” Several weeks ago, a crown below the new crown came off. I went in to have it put back on (3 days off) and they said they had to do surgery and a new crown. Just finished at a new dentist, and they were able to just cement my old crown back on with no issue or concern. They couldn’t believe the amount of unnecessary treatment that was proposed at lakeview. I also called my previous dentist in salt lake and they also confirmed that the proposed treatment was unnecessary. I’m glad I went and got a second opinion and treatment elsewhere.

Garbage company. Told them I had a month left and to fix one tooth. They did the exam and fixed my tooth but waited until after we paid $870 to tell me I had to wait a year to finish the procedure. I told them I had a month. If you like a money hungry dentist that wants to string along its clients this office is for you. Edit: now I have to add on that the Dental office is petty as well.

I had a good experience at Lakeview overall. But I have no idea who worked on me, being a first time patient. No one introduced themself to me except the dental assistant, who was great. There was a man and a woman there with me. No one said who they were. I think they did fine work but it’s nice to know who is doing everything. I also had the nitrous oxide which was very helpful for an anxious patient. I will return and make sure I know who is doing the work.

5 stars. I needed an emergency root canal and was able to get in first thing Monday. The first two dentists I called didn’t do emergency visits. I was so impressed by Lakeview.. the whole staff. From front desk to dentist, their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
