I was delighted to have Deb greet me very warmly. I sat down and she immediately fulfilled an appointment to be scheduled, I had my insurance updated and even had my hearing aids, cleaned out and got a new case and cleaning equipment and supplies. Everyone there was joyful and helpful. I’m glad I went with Ashland Audiology.

Amazing service and help! I had an annoying ear issue that I let go on too long. By the time I called for an appointment, I needed it ASAP. Jane was able to fit me into the schedule and gave me great suggestions on what to do for insurance coverage.🥰 Dr. Amy was so knowledgeable, kind, and not at all judgmental. Thank goodness! Competent staff and Laurie was especially helpful in my hearing test procedure and getting my hearing aids set the way they should be. I learned a great deal of highly valuable information today and how to use the app on my phone. Thank you folks you made a difference.

Great communication prior to appt via text. Took care of check-in items prior to appt., which made the arrival easy. My hearing specialist was very thorough in her explanations and I had a really nice experience here.

Amy is always so competent and friendly. I appreciate that she never tries to pressure a person to buy new hearing aids. She has been a friend for a long time. I also enjoyed meeting the young man working with her and wished him all the luck with his education.
