I could not be more impressed with Dr. Goel and the Pure Dental Arts team. My entire experience was seemless. Dr. Goel skipped all of the nonsense i have experienced with far too many dentists in the past; no attempts to upsell or recommend expensive unsolicited procedures. He quickly addressed my concern and sent me on my way. I wish I had found them years ago. After literal years of delaying intervention, bouncing from dentist to dentist, and things deteriorating to where I was in so much pain I couldnt sleep at night, I finally booked a new patient emergency appointment online after hours. Felt rushed. Poor bedside manner. Doctor told me I need a crown within minutes, then tried to schedule the appointment and not do the cleaning that day, when that was part of the reason why I was there. Felt pressured to make the decision about the crown to also get the cleaning my teeth needed, especially since it had been a while since my last cleaning. I insisted on getting the cleaning that day, since that's what I was there for, and the hygienist was very rushed, rough, and didn't do a careful job, I could still feel plaque in areas he didn't get very well due to the rushing. I ended up going to another dentist to get a second opinion about the crown and was told I didn't need one yet. Great experience overall! My insurance changed after the new year and I’m so happy I chose Pure Dental Arts as my new dentist. Very clean, welcoming, and professional.

I’ve been going to this office for 2 years and every visit has been seamless. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes to be seen by the hygienist and the appointments are efficient. The whole staff is friendly and professional, office is always clean. It does get super quiet in the office, maybe they could play some music or use the TVs but not a huge deal. Great neighborhood dentist! Please don’t get bought out by a PE firm🙏

I've been coming here for 5 years. Extremely well maintained and accurate treatment of every tooth related issues. Both Dr. Chiang and Dr. Goel are so good. Most important all the staff is really kind and gives you good experience.
