Publix Pharmacy at Tradewinds Plaza

I recently visited the Publix store in Key Largo, and I was thoroughly impressed by my experience. This store stands out not only for its wide selection of groceries but also for its fantastic prepared food section. The cooking food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. I couldn’t resist trying a few items, and each bite was a testament to the care they put into their offerings. What truly enhances the shopping experience is the amazing seating area. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal or snack after picking up your groceries. The area is spacious, comfortable, and inviting, making it easy to unwind and savor your food while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Key Largo. Furthermore, the cleanliness and organization of the store were commendable. T

Yadira & Andrea at the Key Largo Publix Pharmacy were extremely helpful in getting my husband’s heart medication before a trip out of town. We are so thankful for their help as it is a very important medication and they did not have available at our usual Publix Pharmacy in Islamorada. The Key Largo location was able to get for us quickly. Thanks so much!

Sad to say but this is the best pharmacy in Key Largo. About half the time they are out of the most common drugs and it takes a couple of days to fill your prescription. Now they don't answer their phones when you ask to speak to a pharmacy tech.

The pharmacy team of Yordi, Andrea, Yadira and Nick, are exceptional. They are very caring and provide clear custom service. When I go to Publix it is always a joy to pick up my medication and receive such great care.

The new Pharmacist Alexandru is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for all your pharmaceutical needs.
