Advanced Urgent Care

I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Diaz in the Key Largo advanced urgent care. I came in on Monday 2/26 with a very large wound on my forehead and on my nose due a spill after a family fun basketball game gone wrong. When I got there, I knew that I was in dire need of assistance and I heard in the back that they weren’t taking any more patience and Dr. Diaz waved me in and said he’d take me. I ended up with 16 stitches in my forehead and I cannot be more happy with the service and the respect that he gave me during this very traumatic event. Had such a wonderful experience. Cari and Martha greeted me and helped obtain info and payment. William took my vital signs, Adam sutured my laceration and Iris bandaged me. It was a synchronized and cohesive environment. Absolutely loved my experience. They all demonstrated expertise in their area of practice. They all demonstrated kindness, love, and empathy. The staff here are so accommodating, kind, and helpful. I was seen quickly, and everyone I interacted with was professional. The whole visit was smooth and efficient, honestly the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. If you have a choice between this location and others in the Keys, definitely come here if it’s not too far for you. Highly recommend!

On vacation in the keys, and the whole family came down with Flu A, total bummer. Could have ruined the week. Went to this little practice on the highway and they helped us beautifully. Highly efficient front staff. Thoughtful and sympathetic nursing team. Quick and effective care provided to put a group of 5 folks on the mend. One of the best practices I've been to - this is how it's done.

Had the best experience I’ve had with any healthcare in a while. I called this morning and hopes of finding a less expensive alternative to the $4500 CT scan that was needed at the hospital in Marathon. Not only was the service less than $500, they were able to get me in within two hours of my call. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes and every person I came into contact with was extremely pleasant. I will be telling everybody I know, this kind of place is hard to come by.
