Where to start- I first took my kitten there because she had sores on her body that I thought were likely ringworm related. The room we were taken into was not clean at all. My cat was looked at and confirmed ringworm. The doctor then went to work on another dog in the waiting room and didn’t wash his hands. My cat has ringworm and you were just touching her. Also let’s circle back to the fact that they were working on a dog on a desk in the waiting room. The doctor seemed drunk or on something to me. I know it’s the keys and there is a level of “it’s the keys” with many businesses but this was a little shocking considering it’s a doctors office for animals and he had just completed an amputation on another cat. Beware - they lied about a diagnosis. The doctor kept overlooking the lesion in my cats ear (like I would point to it, multiple times, and he didn’t see it/looked past it.) I genuinely don’t think he was sober. There were also other signs that he wasn’t sober. It was very obvious. Then he lied about a uti/crystals in her urine. I know he lied bc when I couldn’t get her to take the medication I brought her to a different vet and they confirmed there was no uti and ZERO crystals in her urine. They correctly diagnosed the very obvious lesions in her ear. She was so stressed out while I tried to no avail to hold her down to give her the medication animal care clinic had prescribed and it turned out she never even needed it. Also, the place was FILTHY. The Vet down the street only offered to put my dog down but Dr Bailey brought her back with the proper treatment and medications. I can't say enough about this place! Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are very fair and Dr Bailey himself if an amazing vet! This may not be the fanciest office in town but you will get the proper treatment for your pet! Four other vets failed to get my dog back on her feet but Dr Bailey and his team succeeded!! I finally found my new vet (and groomer) for my 2 dogs!!

Great staff. Does what the client wants.

I have a little Yorkie that needs daily fluid treatments due to Kidney Disease. We had a week vacation in Key Largo and I was referred to Animal Care Clinic by another Vet in Key West. When I contacted them they were extremely helpful and set up her appointments for our upcoming visit. I took my little girl to them every day for her treatments and they were wonderful. The technicians gave exceptional care to both my little girl and also to me. I highly recommend this Vet practice and I will definitely use them again whenever we are in Key Largo.
