Publix Pharmacy at Steeplechase

Worst customer service at a Publix pharmacy ever! Publix use to be all about customer service. This one has lowered itself to that of a Walmart. I don't mind paying a little more for good customer service, but at this point why? When asked if they carried a specific item I was told "if we do it will be out there"...duh! I guess I was asking too much to point me in the right direction. 🤦‍♀️ We left and was helped at Walgreens.

They do a fair job but they had to order a med for me I called in and they said it was on but had to be unboxed I told them I needed it but they didn't care and didn't get around to filling it until next day

I absolutely love this place. I have never had any issues since I have been going here. The people are great, the place is nice and I feel welcome everytime. Which is a huge difference from Walgreens.

Went in to get some medication and the pharm tech nicole was super nice and helpful she showed me how to get a lower price on my medication with goodRX!!!

I have never had such poor customer service at a pharmacy before as I have at the one at the publix at steeplechase store. I will not ever get another prescription filled there again.
