The professionalism throughout the entire visit is always exceptional, and they make everything feel smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate how they take the time to put me at ease and explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office that combines expertise with such a compassionate approach. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to leave a review because I have been scared of the dentist for years and all of that has changed because of Dr Makram. This practice is extremely lucky to have her on their team. Seriously, I’m scared to move because I’m worried I won’t find another dentist like her. She is an incredible dentist and person. She’s very funny and makes me feel comfortable in the chair. She will explain things when I ask and I feel that I can actually understand my own treatment when she’s there. You can just tell that she is looking out for the best interest of her patients. Jonesville Family Dentistry has very courteous and professional staff. My dentist went out of his way to show me scans before and after cleaning. He was able to recommend an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction and went above and beyond asking if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Jonesville Family Dentistry!

I love this place (as much as you can love going to the dentist)! Dr. Makram is amazing, extremely friendly, and very understanding. She never once belittled me for not taking care of my teeth for the last 15 years, and that means a lot coming from someone who has extreme white-coat syndrome. She is simply the best dentist I have ever been to. As far as dental cleanings, I can not imagine a better person in the world than Kristen. She is not only great at what she does, but could very well be the nicest person I have ever met. I would 100% recommend them for any dental needs that you have.

I was truly amazed by the professionalism of the entire staff. My hygienist Alicia has over 20 years of experience, and it absolutely shows—she kept me laughing the entire time and made me feel completely at ease. For the first time ever, I had no pain during or after a dental cleaning, which honestly felt unreal. I was relaxed throughout my entire visit. To be honest, part of me doesn’t want to tell other people how good this place is, because it’s so hard to find a truly great dentist in this town—but they genuinely deserve the recognition.
