I had a really difficult time finally getting an appt after my gyn had requested I see Dr. Mitchell for 2 years; however, I am pleased to have met Dr Good. The office staff was totally nicer than I ever expected after my referrals & so many texts. Now I know it was worth the extra effort to meet such welcoming staff members . Dr. Good is one of the few medical professionals who have ever heard of my auto-immune condition.

Update: Had to go back in for a follow-up after posting this review and was treated horribly by the office staff. It’s good to know this practice is more concerned with retribution than improving their patient care. My family has been going to see Dr. Mitchell for years now. However, recently the quality and amount of MAs we have to deal with is ridiculous. The MAs are not pleasant nor helpful. Dr. Mitchell is great and very knowledgeable, and we keep putting up with the staff because of her.

I had a wonderful experience at Dermatology Specialist of Gainesville. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was knowledgeable, took time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and left feeling confident in my treatment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I arrived early and they still saw me within 10 minutes. The dr was kind and made me feel very comfortable for my first appointment and answered all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate the care they’ve put into this practice it really shows!

Unreliable communication from front desk. Won't be making an appointment with them ever. I'll go somewhere else, someone who actually wants the insurance money. Since the front desk obviously isn't paid good enough to do a good job.
