Publix Pharmacy at North Pointe Shopping Center

Either pharmacy staff doesn't know how to use their system or they are just straight lying about flu shot prices. Asked for flu shot and they told me it was $20, they also gave me a flyer that showed the price. When I decided to go ahead they said it would actually be $40 because they can't figure out how to put correct price on their system.

Went to get lunch from the deli counter today. My experience was made so much better by Carol! She was friendly, well informed, and offered several choices that I was previously unaware of. I’ll be back for sure and hope to see her again!

There are 2 pharmacies within 5 minutes of my house, yet I will continue to drive a bit further simply due to the excellent customer service. Everyone here is always so kind, prompt, and willing to help me get the best possible deals on my medications. Charles has helped me several times, as has the other man who is often working (I wish I could remember his name!) and both always provide amazing customer service. Super professional and kind!!! Also love that anytime I make a phone call, I get an answer and get to talk to real person.
