Publix Pharmacy at Moncks Corner Marketplace

This store has the nicest, down to earth, real professionals who deliver excellence with every interaction. The customer service area is the best I have seen. Miss Nancy treats everyone like an ole friend, very down to earth. Genuine. The manager Peter is another true professional. If you go to him with anything, he is right on top of it. Even the more recent hires like Chris does an excellent job. Some months ago, I wrote a bad review and I hope this cancels it out. I know the issue was addressed and I could not figure out how to withdraw it. I have never had any issues since. Immaculate store and excellent customer service!! Kudos Publix

They refuse to fill a prescription my doctor sent in. When asked they "needed to verify" that the doctor sent it in, EVEN THOUGH IT CAME DIRECTLY FROM THE DOCTOR, and when they fulfilled the other prescription that the same doctor sent in. The second time I asked they said "it was too expensive and probably wouldn't work" That is not their decision to make. Their only job is to fill the prescription, and they won't do it. I'm reporting them and will be transferring any further prescriptions away from them.

Never have I been told at a pharmacy "5-10 minutes" and it was actually 5-10 minutes until now. I JUST got out of the hospital from a c section, still had bracelets on and everything, was exhausted and in a lot of pain. Went in on a busy Sunday, they worked so quickly to give me my medication. Very thankful.

The pharmacist Jamie is awesome! He really makes you feel like a friend rather then just a customer and remembers your name. Publix, do whatever you have to to keep him happy ($$$ 😉) because I’m moving all of my business to y’all because of him. Thank you!!! 🙏
