Publix Pharmacy at Midpoint Center

Didn’t fill my refill on diabetic medication because of high copay! Then they lied about contacting me. Now I’m supposed to wait until they get it back in stock. So unreliable without any concern.

The staff is always friendly & totally competent. If I need something filled quick, they do their best to accommodate. I go out of my way to keep my pharmacy business here.

Very good service. Very patient and kind. Transparent with my out of pocket cost through insurance compared to GoodRX.

The culture at this pharmacy is more like what I would expect at Sam’s Club. The lack of care and rudeness is sad at this location.

Worst-run pharmacy I've ever encountered, they can never get the insurance run right. Have gone there to pick up medications on three different occasions and the medication was "not ready yet" two of these occasions were after being told it was ready. The last occasion was 5 hours after it had been called in. It's obvious they need a new manager.
