This pharmacy has been extremely helpful, and I want to specifically highlight the new pharmacist, Hitech, who is an excellent and highly knowledgeable professional. He consistently goes above and beyond my expectations and takes the time to ensure my prescriptions are prepared correctly. If there is ever a delay, it is always explained politely, and he makes sure to consult with me whenever needed regarding my medications. I believe some of the negative reviews here may be from individuals who have never worked in a healthcare setting. This pharmacy is often overwhelmingly busy, serving hundreds of patients, yet they still manage to do one of the best jobs among all the pharmacies in the area. Working in healthcare is demanding, and it requires patience, accuracy, and compassion under pre

I have had prescriptions filled at Publix pharmacies my entire life. Getting this location to fill them, is like pulling teeth. I'll check my app to see if meds are ready, they just say in progress. So I'll keep checking and it will say the same thing for DAYS some times. So then I call to see whats going on, and I'm almost always told "oh yeah, they'll be ready in about X minutes" It's like they dont bother to fill it unless I call. These arent medications that I can wait days for them to decide to fill ONLY when I call to see whats going on. I have also pre-paid several times and ended up waiting 20+ minutes to get my prescription. I've never had a worse over all experience at a Publix pharmacy.

I left CVS in Bremen to come here for the 90-day supply prescriptions and it was WONDERFUL at first! My meds were always ready on time, now they're not. If you receive a text saying your meds are ready days before you pick them up, they'll still tell you to wait 15-45 minutes once you arrive. I've even had to go days without a blood pressure med because they didn't have it, which is UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the second time I’ve had to get my meds filled at this pharmacy. They are rude, and short tempered. Both times I had to wait over an hour for something I was told would take 20 minutes. Today’s experience was awful. My wife had to get my meds for me and they just yelled at her. Now that I am looking at Google reviews and seeing only 2.9 stars, I can certainly understand it. These people need to get a grip.

If you’re a cancer patient and need your pain management refilled, be prepared for the pharmacist here to refuse to fill your prescription. He is very ignorant to the amount of medication that’s required for stage 4 patients. He needs to be reported to the Pharmacy board. Even if the oncologist called in the prescription, the pharmacist will take it upon himself to cancel the order while proceeding to interrupt and condescend you if you have an issue with it. I understand taking steps to prevent abuse, however, filling a script two days early is very normal. I feel sorry for the pharmacy techs that have to work under him being that they have to bear the brunt of everyone’s frustration. A lot of people are switching to Kroger or Ingles and it’s no surprise why.
