Customer Reviews
They have the best and the nicest staff and I appreciate all the hard work. It’s definitely the best pharmacy
I've used this pharmacy for several years without any issues. The service has gotten very bad over the past year or so. The first problem was that they started automatically processing your refills without your permission. I learned this was a policy forced down from corporate. I had to tell them twice to stop doing that. The online system keeps messing up my prescriptions. And my Doctor's office has had a lot of problems with them as well. Their system is seriously flawed. And all newer people there are very rude. Probably frustrated with their own system. I do not recommend anyone use or continue to use this pharmacy.
I have never had a bad experience here. I had surgery and the doctor called in some meds and they had it done super quick. There have been times when they have filled one while I was waiting in the drive thru and took them like 5 minutes. I really appreciate everything this pharmacy has done for me.
Rude workers. I called to ask a simple yes or no question (“is the drive thru pharmacy for medication pickup only or can I ask for other items…” you know… like SEVERAL other drive thru pharmacies offer) and instead was met with exasperation by some lady who thought I needed an explanation of what a pharmacy is? She said a pharmacy is typically for medication… As if pharmacies don’t carry thermometers and maxi pads? There’s no need to be rude AND wrong, just say “no,” instead. Conduct yourselves better— it’s a bad look.
We were not given the correct amount of medication to complete our course of treatment. When I went back to speak with the pharmacist, he was rude and combative. They did not take responsibility for their error. I had to go back to the doctor and request a new prescription. Additionally, at the time the medication was filled it had been called in. We went over maybe 30 minutes later to pick it up, told them we were there and that we were going to wait. After an hour they still had not gotten to it, and then, after an additional 30 minutes we were told they didn't even have one of the prescriptions. Just a frustrating experience all around.
