Publix Pharmacy at Lakeside Village Center

The pharmacy at this Publix location is terrible. The staff are always distracted. Your medication is never ready on time. They promise deadlines that they don't meet. They ask you to wait, but the waiting time is longer than promised. Not to mention the times when your order is already ready, but the employee is too busy playing on their phone or chatting and laughing with their colleague. Terrible!!!

This is the worst Publix pharmacy ever. Today, August 20th, I was served by a girl who laughed while I asked for my order. I gave my son's date of birth, and she gave me my daughter's medication. On Monday, my son's doctor sent the prescriptions to this pharmacy. Yesterday, someone from the pharmacy called my husband three times, and the last time, they said all my son's medication was ready to pick up. Today, two days later, I went to this pharmacy to pick up the medication, and it wasn't ready. ABSURD! The pharmacist in charge (a tall, blonde woman) was there and paid no attention to my problem.

Today I spoke with Aleyna and just so you know she restored my opinion of what good customer service should be. She was amazing… so confident and so pleasant… she went over above and beyond my expectations… I needed help regarding a specific medication that I needed… she helped me which seemed to problem at all for her… she truly cared about my needs. I can’t think her enough … you need more like her…with her attitude I’m sure you know already.

On Saturday night we went to the Publix to get a some stuff and we went to get lotto tickets first and Kimberly she was so rude we ask for the tickets that we wanted but we did not know that the machine was down so we asked and she said “can you wait” in such a rude attitude and then we asked at what time the pharmacy was going to be open tomorrow and she “I am blind so I don’t know” again in a bad attitude. Awful customer service.

The Whole Team Is Fantastic...But Ms Amy Is My Girl!!!! I love this location they are so patient and kind always and has so much understanding about their job and to others I drive literally 45 mins to visit this pharmacy and don't regret a moment. -CANNON
