Publix Pharmacy at Edgewater Commons

This review is for today's experience only. Customers are standing in line at the pharmacy only to be told when it's their turn that they can't help anyone because of internet issues (today was Amazon Web Service problem). There was no sign to alert us. When it was my turn and I was informed of the problem I asked some questions that did not require the computer and the pharmacy tech couldn't answer them including my last question which was why they didn't have a sign so I didn't have to wait 15 minutes to be told they can't give me my prescriptions. When I went to the store manager she said she didn't know the pharmacy was having problems. I went shopping for a few things and when I went to check out the store cashiers were having problems when people tried to pay. It was obvious that the

Great location and always clean as you would expect from Publix But lately the prices have gone to the moon , almost double what you pay at Walmart

The employees at this location have been working so very hard during this pandemic. They have stocked shelves, hyper cleaned, wiped down every cart and through it all they have been kind and even cheerful with the customers. Thank you all and GREAT JOB!

They really ate a great group ig people... the pharmacist i think mike I'd gifs name. Guy named Jacob world there he's always very ... professional. Lol i think he just doesn't like me lol but they are cool staff at the pharmacy and usually pretty fast filling rx if you need it filled fast. 🥰

We visited this store to receive our first covid vaccines. John, at the pharmacy counter and Mike, the pharmacist, were both personable, and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to deal with!
