Edgewater Dentist- Universal Smiles Dentistry

I won't be going back there again. Very unprofessional staff, including the office manager. These employees need to learn customer service skills. I didn't care that the receptionist got drunk on New Year's Eve. There was no dentist in the office to come in and check my teeth after the subpar cleaning. They didn't take any x-rays. There was no one there to greet me when I walked in. They only knew I was there by chance. I was able to catch the hygentist's eye when he walked down the hall. And then disappeared. I had been there several times in the past and never have I ever experienced such a disfunctional office.

What an amazing experience!!! Everything from my first phone call to my cleaning and how they made me feel comfortable. I am afraid of going to the dentist and now I can say I found my dentist!!! They are awesome! Amber the general manager helped me with my anxiety and getting through all my concerns. Thank you all!

All the staff here have been awesome. They are very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dentist and might be nervous.

Everyone who works here is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable! Been coming here for a few years now and would highly recommend!

Isabel is phenomenal! Great work and really set me at ease with all my cleanings. Dr B. also was very thorough with my dental check up.
