Hopkins Hearing Institute

I got a really nice flyer in the mail. I called and made an appointment and got in quickly. The hearing instrument specialist, Stephanie was wonderful. She spent over an hour with me explaining my hearing loss and recommended hearing aides for me. I was sent home with a loaner pair to get me used to them while my new pair was ordered. Within 2 weeks I was wearing my new hearing aides and have never been happier. I highly recommend Hopkins hearing and Stephanie!!

Stephanie is wonderful. She makes me feel like she really cares. She is available to make adjustments when I have a concern. I’m very pleased with her professionalism at all times. Her office is always clean. I’m pleased she is a part of my health team that keeps me healthy. Very much recommend her for your hearing concerns.

My husband and I met with Stephanie in the Edgewater office because my husband needed new hearing aids. She was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to do a thorough evaluation and explained the results to the both of us. Stephanie worked with us to find the right option and we are extremely satisfied.

When I determined that I wanted to see someone about having my hearing checked I contacted Stephanie at Hopkins Hearing Institute in Edgewater. In working with her I have to say that from the very beginning Stephanie was very professional and was concerned about my needs and not trying to just sell me a hearing aid. We were able to work together to determine what I needed and Stephine also worked with me on reaching a price that was agreeable to us both. I would highly recommend that anyone wishing to go through the testing and follow up could not be better served than they would be with Stephanie!

5 stars all day for everyone at Hopkins. But especially Stephanie Peacock, HIS. She is amazing! She really takes her time and helps explain everything and she's just so doggone nice. I love the way she helped my wife with her ears and her hearing aids. Ed is great too! By all means Ed is the man. They make a really good team and we are big fans. The hearing aids work.
