Publix Pharmacy at Del Prado Crossing

I just wanted to leave a shoutout to the pharmacy manager, Ryan. He went to a lot of trouble to fill a last minute prescription for me earlier this evening. He was eager to go out of his way to help me and find me the best deal on my medication. It was late in the day on a Friday evening and despite being busy, he made sure I got my script filled promptly.

Service needs to be improved. People are just rude here! Also, last time the girl at the counter was chatting with a customer (friend) about her family for like 5 minutes while I was waiting in line. I talked to the manager of the store, but I felt like nothing would be done.

Best pharmacy! Kind employees and they do a great job!

This was a great store, no longer true. Was told my prescription was ready on Thursday. Arrived at the store on Friday morning and Script was not ready. Never had issues in the past. I live quite a distance from here.

The pharmacy manager here is phenomenal. He truly cares about his customers and will bend over backwards to get you what you need and will try to save you money in the process. His entire team is very courteous and friendly. My favorite pharmacy ever.
