Publix Pharmacy at Coral Shores

I switched from Walgreens due to prices and what a smack in the face of rudeness from these people. I had my prescription called in Feb 9 and came in Feb 13. She said it will not be ready until the 21st. I came in the 23rd and the girl says she doesn’t see anything. I went over the above details and she says well just because it’s in it doesn’t mean it’s ready so you can wait an hour. I said so you DO have it? She says yes. I said ok well you said you didn’t I was confused and she never responses and never looked up at me from the computer. I left and called the pharmacist assistant and she said well it’s available within a week of it being in the que. I said well I am trying to understand your process as the customer and how am I to know when it’s in your que? She says ma’m don’t get rude

Mark is absolutely amazing! He always goes out of his way to help me and makes every visit feel personal. He remembers me when I call and always knows exactly what’s going on with my prescriptions, which means so much to me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares the way he does. Mark has truly made my pharmacy experience at Publix something special, and I’m so grateful for his kindness and dedication.

Friendly people, but not very efficient. I have had to wait on medications to be ordered for daysx4. I think they should let you know the expected day , so you are not thinking about few dats(2), but actually waiting 4 days then wait a half day for the check in process! If you need something quicker, you would at least have the chance to check around if it is more than 2 days.

I used to shop where a lot, but after getting expired food a few times, I only go when I need something that other stores don’t have. Also, don’t count on the deli to make your app orders. I ordered 3 Pub subs to take on a fishing charter, placed the order the evening before I needed them, requested they be ready at 8:30. I stopped in at 8:35, none of them were made. I asked the person at the deli counter if they had made the sub order for 8:30 pickup and she looked at the clock, walked away, looked at the three tickets hanging in the sandwich station, and said no. I didn’t have time to wait and was disappointed. No apology. She said I guess I can make them now. I didn’t have time to wait. What a bad experience.

I spoke to Josh and even though I could hardly speak due to a bad cold he was so helpful, kind and respectful! He even wished me to get better. They are nice there!
